Use of local or subgroup norms is a best practice in identification of gifted students. They may be more important now that student growth has been affected by the pandemic. How can local norms affect equity and validity of gifted identification in your school or district? How can schools decide what tests and cut scores to use?

NM educators who participate in a short (10-20 minute) survey about gifted identification practices by Friday, June 12, will be given access to this live webinar and a recording for later review.
