Learn from keynote speakers and breakout sessions focused on research in identifying gifted learners; curriculum and instruction for public, private, and homeschool gifted students; and nurturing the social emotional needs of gifted individuals.

The New Mexico Association for the Gifted (NMAG) is now accepting proposals for presentations at the 2023 Fall Gifted Education Institute.

Proposal submission deadline: August 18, 2023
NMAG looks forward to presentations that draw upon research in identifying gifted learners; curriculum and instruction for public, private and home school gifted students; and nurturing the social emotional needs of gifted individuals.
NMAG invites you to focus your proposal on this year’s theme; however, that is not required.
Presenters will be notified by email on August 24, 2023, and will receive a complimentary 2023 Fall Institute registration.

NMAG 2023 Awards Nomination
The New Mexico Association for the Gifted (NMAG) invites you to nominate individuals for Gifted Advocate, Educator, or Administrator of the Year.
Please nominate those who have made a difference in gifted education in New Mexico over the course of the 2022-23 school year.
Awards will be presented at the 2023 NMAG Fall Institute October 27 – 28, 2023 in Albuquerque, NM
NMAG 2023 Board Member Nominations
The New Mexico Association for the Gifted (NMAG) is now accepting nominations for Board Officers and Student Representatives.
Nominations (including self-nominations) are being accepted for President-Elect, Newsletter Chair, Membership Chair, Treasury Chair, and Student Representatives.
Elections will take place at the General Meeting during the NMAG 2023 Fall Institute, October 27 – 28, 2023, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
